The "engineers" at Alioto's put my car back together after it got rear-ended and put "out of square" by a heavy pest control truck. The car looked like new. So, when the little Acura RSX got in a rear-end collision again, I took the car back. The insurance agent didn't want to spring for a new rear bumper and reinforcement bar. Guess what! The senior "engineer" at Alioto's who was handling my case called in a favor from a dealership and I got a new bumper and reinforcement bar! Yeah! Hooray to Alioto's Garage.

No, I didn’t crash my little smart car, but Alioto’s was farmed out to do my vertical doors. They’ve done a bunch of them before, so it only took them 5 hours to do mine, most of this was in prepping the vehicle and working with the hinges. In fact, they didn’t like the ones in the kit so they fabricated their own right there on the spot. They are sick! While my car was in their capable hands, they offered me a sweet loaner which I was very happy with. Perusing their shop, they work on Mercedes, BMWs, both new and classic Minis, imports, you name it, they do it. If ever I need custom work on one of my cars again, they have definitely earned my repeat business as a loyal customer.

They had my car fixed extremely quickly and assured me with great confidence that they had it under control. Also, they sent me email updates so I knew the status of the repairs as they progressed. I had a nasty deep scratch on my front bumper and my license plate had to be screwed back in to the bumper. The car was fixed on time and they even washed it!

My car was broken into and I chose Alioto’s to repair my car based on reviews and proximity to work. I am 100% satisfied with their work. Andy was my main point and he was friendly, honest and accurate in repair time needed. I went back to Alioto’s a few weeks later because I needed my headlight bulb changed.
